Redondo Cross Country Relay
August 22, 2026
Come run the Sea Hawks Cross Country Relay at Redondo Union High School, just blocks from the ocean. This meet features a unique 15k relay race with five-person teams. Each member will run a 3k leg in relay fashion, passing a team wristband from runner to runner until all five legs are completed.
This event offers a fresh and exciting challenge amidst your busy season of high-pressure meets. It’s a fantastic opportunity to practice team dynamics, packing and strategies in a completely different format.

Relay Teams
Each school is permitted to enter up to two separate teams of five runners.
The Open 3k Race
If you have extra runners who are not participating in the relays, they are welcome to compete in the Open HS 3k race. This race is open to athletes of all levels who will not be racing in the relays.
This provides an additional opportunity for athletes to compete and gain valuable experience.
